Second grade wheat flour M 12-25 is white with notable greyish shade because it contains big amount of microparticles of surface shells of a grain. Bakery products made of this grade of flour differ by special bread flavor and they also contain alimentary fibers that have healing properties.
Usage of grain fiber decreases cholesterol level and blood sugar and it also improves body work.
According to the contence of proteins and vitamins such as B1, B2, PP and E second grade wheat flour "Gaspadar" is more full-fledged in comparison with top grade and first grade flour and it's darker in colour.
