Semi-finished product of flour Pizza ''Originalnaya'' is mixture of pre-prepared ingredients (top grade wheat flour, baking soda, salt). The ingredients that are used in the mixture comply all safety norms and sanitary norms and rules.

Cooking method: the dry mixture for pizza is diluted with kefir or whey. For 500 grams of the mixture you need 260-280 ml. of kefir or whey. You may add an egg, 10-15 grams of melted butter or margarine. The finished dough is rolled out in a layer of 3-5 mm. thick and is laid  into a mold greased with vegetable oil. The top of the finished dough is greased with tomato sause or ketchup and any filling is spread (to the taste of a hostess). The filling is greased with mayonnaize. Sliced tomatoes are spread on the top and it is sprinkled with grated  cheese. Bake at the temperature of 200-220 degrees Celcius during 20-25 minutes.
